Production
Production Studios
The main complex
includes two production studios of 540mē in net floor area, along with
control rooms, artists' areas, and camera, lighting and sound stores.
The two production studios are equipped with sophisticated lighting
grids, CCD cameras, digital and SP Betacam recording and editing
equipment. The studios are used for the production of television series,
talk shows and variety programs as well as weekly Arab Radio and
Television (ART) programs. A third television studio of 40mē is used for
interviews and news programs. |

Post Production
Jordan Media City has one post production editing suite, which
utilize digital format. There are also eight non-linear
editing suites providing the latest in non-linear editing technology.
Dubbing from 2 inch and 1 inch C-format into digital or data files
format is also available.

Outside Production Unit
Jordan Media City operates a four camera Electronic Field Production
Van (EFP), which is equipped with state-of-art mixing, recording and
editing facilities. Direct satellite transmission is possible through
the use of a 1.9m Flyaway SNG operating in both C and Ku Bands. Also
available for rent are single or multi cameras for news and other
outside productions.

Production Support
The Jordan Media City complex contains scenery sets, a workshop and
storage hall, an equipment maintenance area and spare parts stores, as
well as a number of offices which can be rented to interested parties.
Future Outlook
A number of HDTV studios of 50m2 and 250m2 are being designed to
serve various satellite channels in their television production work.
